Refund Policy

At Jiri Nutrition, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Products sold are not eligible for refunds, except in the following cases:

    • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon delivery.

    • Missing Items: If items are missing from your order.

    • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product.

2. Damaged Products / Missing Items / Incorrect Orders

If you encounter any of the above issues:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide an unboxing video and photos of the damaged packaging, products, or incorrect items to operations@jirinatural.com or call +977-9851364369.

  • After verification:

    • We will arrange a return pickup and offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.

Note:

  • Replacements depend on stock availability.

  • Jiri Nutrition reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

  • No additional compensation or freebies will be provided.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the order/product.

3. Refund Disbursement

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-6 business days.

  • Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 8-10 business days after we receive the necessary bank details.

4. Return/Refund Procedures for Clearance Items

  • Products sold during clearance sales with near-expiry dates clearly mentioned are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Always consult a healthcare professional before using dietary supplements.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To do so, select your refund method:

    • Store Credit: Refund will be credited to your Jiri Nutrition account.

    • Original Payment Method: Refund will be processed back to the payment method used.

  • Once the cancellation request is received, we will process it and initiate the refund accordingly.
